A reader has reported a dead cow’s body on state Route 234 just south of state Route 301 at Allen’s Fresh.
According to the reader, the huge black angus’s body sat alongside the road all weekend with its head directed towards traffic.
“I was one of several passerbys who stopped to look,” the reader said. “We could smell it way before we approached it and well after.”
The reader speculated the cow had been there for a number of days and asks is Charles County going to move that bad boy.
