On November 18, 2011 deputies responded to a residence on Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, Maryland for a report of an assault. Investigation revealed Diana Rose Morales Robbins, 23 of Lexington Park, Maryland was engaged in a verbal dispute with the victim which escalated into a physical assault when Robbins struck the victim in the face. Robbins was arrested and charged with second degree assault.
