On Dec. 9 at 12:49 p.m., officers received a call for three suspects trying to break into the rear of a house in the 100 block of River Watch Drive in Indian Head. Officers responded and quickly located three males walking away from the house. Officers checked the house and found a large hole had been cut in the back screen door. The suspects were positively identified and placed under arrest. Damien Jermaine Manning-Smith, 18, of Indian Head, Kyle Lee Banks, 18, of Brandywine, and Donnell Gregory Braxton, 20, of Indian Head, were charged with attempt burglary. PFC B.
