On Dec. 23 at 1:35 a.m., after conducting a traffic stop at Abigail Court and Whispering Drive in Prince Frederick, Dep. James Norton found the driver, later identified as Eli Matthew Arthur Blush, 20 of St. Leonard, to be driving under the influence of alcohol and to be in possession of suspected drugs.
Blush was charged with DUI and possession of marijuana and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a silver canister used to store marijuana.
