  1. This is why we need concealed carry. Since the cops are unable to keep these people from escaping, we need to be able to defend ourselves as you never know when these trapped animals will attack.

    1. You sure are quick to call a group of individuals “trapped animals” on the internet, but lock your doors when you see someone that looks “suspicious”

    2. Hey genius, one would think since you’re bold enough to put this as the responsibility of the police you would actually know what you’re talking about. What you incorrectly spoke of regarding “escape” is not a physical escape from the jail. He was released on pre-trial as a condition to appear in court with the provided court date set forth by a judge. He failed to do so therefore he is charged with that appropriate charge. Educate yourself troll.

      1. “and Second-Degree Escape from the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center. ”

One is not charged with escape from a Detention Center or Rehab Center if one is not physically there.

If not the responsibility of the police, then who’s responsibility is it?

    3. I agree with you 100 % . He is already breaking laws so the chance he is armed is pretty good. But law abiding citizen don’t have a chance. We need more 2A support.

  2. More GPS non-monitoring courtesy of a St. Mary’s County judge’s “pre-trial release” dumping of this POS onto the innocent public. And kudos to the sheriff, who sealed the deal by putting the responsibility for monitoring the GPS battery on the POS himself. Great teamwork, guys! Taxpayers, get to work….you have to pay these judges and sheriffs.

    1. I’m a coward? What would lead you to believe in such a thing?

Is it because I’m pro-2A and know what my physical limitations are and so therefore, I need an equalizer to level the playing field?

Or, would you rather I just get beat to death so you could score some obscure political point?

      Please elaborate?

  3. I love how they say “HE ESCAPED” give the pretense he physically broke out of a fully guarded prision/rehabilitation jail or whatever!! They are just inflating the truth. He was on a ankle monitor to stay within home and maybe work and he let battery die and skipped out!!!

  4. Cut em loose uber leftist so-called “judges” keep dumping these scumbags back on the streets, (war on the civilized)this garbage can is a frequent flyer..

  5. Ya’ll have too much time on your hands. Go live life.. I promise the chances of you being beat to death for no reason are very slim.

  6. Hmmmm… and why didn’t the sheriffs office or Detention center know his battery ran out and didn’t contact right away? They beep forever before actually dying…. Who was supervising him?? Some places it’s a private company someplace is it’s the sheriff and some places it’s the detention center. But somebody seriously dropped the ball and whoever was monitoring him perhaps they should give the job to somebody who would pay attention.

  7. Whole time he’s a good dude….but would DEFINETLY punish on of you for talking so recklessly about him. Prison had no rehabilitation statistics, and isn’t a viable option, it just causes more issues in the long run. Maybe if the police weren’t taking under the table pay to let people slide we wouldn’t have this problem. But that’s right, you republican a**holes don’t believe in any such thing as even being possible. Everyone is all of a sudden so much better humans then josh now. Lol. I love it. Judgement at its finest. While most of you, lie, cheat on your spouse’s, don’t report all your income, etc. But that’s not illegal too? Smh. The effects of trumps disgusting tyrant legacy are still as existent as his predecessor, Adolf Hitler
