On Oct. 14, St. Mary’s Deputy K. Meyer responded to the area of Willis Drive, California, for the report of a disorderly subject.

Upon arrival Dep. Meyer observed Mary Tinsley, 28 of Mechanicsville, beating on the door of a residence, yelling and utilizing her car alarm system to continuously blow the horn on her vehicle.

After refusing repeated requests for Tinsley to discontinue her actions and leave the area she was placed under arrest, charged with Disturbing the Peace, Disorderly Conduct, Fail to Obey a Lawful Order of a Police Officer and incarcerated in the Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
