Vice Narcotics Detectives began an investigation into a possible prescription fraud at a Charlotte Hall pharmacy.
Bernadette Theresa Gingery, 45 of Mechanicsville, was developed as a suspect. Suspect Gingery passed two fraudulent prescriptions and received a total of 210 tablets of 30 mg Oxycodone.
She was charged accordingly and is currently awaiting a preliminary hearing.
