Calvert County DFC R. Wilson approached a vehicle parked illegally on March 7 in the Lusby Giant parking lot. 

A passenger in the vehicle was found to have suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia. 

Amanda A. Parsley, 35 of Avenue, was arrested and charged with possession of Heroin, possession of Oxycodone, possession of drug paraphernalia; hypodermic syringe needles, and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia; aluminum soda cans.
