Ms. Washington will talk about grieving an overdose loss and how to overcome the stigma related to this particular type of loss. Topics will include different kinds of grief associated with substance abuse and overdose loss, the stigma that surrounds this type of loss, self-care while grieving, and ways to bring about hope and healing through your grief journey.
