On May 5, 2015, Deputy McCuen responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
Corrections staff entered the cell of suspect Terrell Anthony Duckett, age 18, of Great Mills, after he was heard banging on the cell door.
Correctional Officer Bowling observed Duckett in possession of a handcrafted dagger type object, commonly referred to as a “shank”.
Duckett was charged with Possession Contraband in Place of Confinement.
