Violation of a Protective Order
On March 8, 2011 Jessie George Panagakos, 22 of Lexington Park, Maryland was served with a Protective Order ordering that he have no contact or enter onto the property/residence of the petitioner of the order. The Protective Order is effective until March 8, 2012. On March 31, 2011 Panagakos violated the conditions of the Protective Order by entering onto the property at the residence of the petitioner. Panagakos was arrested and charged with violating the conditions of the Protective Order.
