Elliott Fields, Sr. of Waldorf , MD departed this life on Saturday, September 2, 2017 with his family by his side. Born in Norfolk, VA on May 30, 1949, he was the son of the late Walter Fields, Sr. and the late Carrie Dunson Fields. Elliott was affectionately known as “Butch” and enjoyed fishing, golfing and spending time spoiling his grandkids.
In addition to his parents, Elliott was predeceased in death by his wife Hilda Fields and brother, Walter Fields, Jr.
Butch is survived by daughters, Laneka Jackson (Ricardo) and Marla Chestnut; son, Elliott Fields, Jr. (Vanessa).; sisters, Carrie Martin, Delores Forman (Clarence), Ethel Clayton (Louis); grandsons, Louis Jackson, III, Lawrence Jackson and Ajjammal Haggray; granddaughters, Jamia and Janiah Johnson; 2 great-granddaughters and a host of relatives and friends.
