James Louis “Lou” Norris, 64 of Hollywood, MD died July 3, 2006 in St. Mary’s Hospital. Born April 15, 1942 in Hollywood, MD he was the son of the late Bernard S. and Mary Leathe McGee Norris. He was the loving husband of JoAnne Patricia Adams Norris whom he married in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. He is survived by his sons: Randy, Nick and Jason Norris all of Hollywood, MD and 3 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister; Mary Burch and brothers: Jim and Frank Norris. Mr. Norris was a life long St. Mary’s County resident where he graduated from Leonardtown High School Class of 1960. He was the owner/manager of Insley’s Auto Parts Inc. for forty five years until his retirement on December 31, 2004. He enjoyed camping, fishing, bird watching and story telling. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 6, 2006 from 5:00 â?? 8:00 PM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, where Prayers will be said at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 7, 2006 at 10:00 AM in St. John’s Catholic Church with Fr. Raymond Schmidt officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ray Norris, Walter Powell, Danny Greer, Ricky Guy, Mike Norris and John Abell. Honorary Pallbearers will be Michael Harrison, Walter Short and Lenny Guy.
