Born November 6, 1944 in Greenbelt, MD the daughter of the late Joseph and Ellen Starke.
Mrs. Rice was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband Harry C. Rice, sons; Don Rice and Jerry Rice, granddaughter, Misty Ann, siblings; Joseph Starke, Mary Ann Fitzpatrick, Ellen Horan, Thomas Starke, Patricia Ryan and Bernadette McCormick, also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Monday, November 16, 2009 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. in St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church, Hollywood, MD where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 p.m. with Father Ray Schmidt officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
