Born on July 11, 1937 in Butler, PA, he was the son of the late Edgar Ulysses and Katherine Schuller Stevick. Mr. Stevick served his country in the U.S. Navy retiring in 1978. He worked for Dyncorp for several years after retiring from the Navy. Mr. Stevick worked as a Jet Engine Mechanic and instructor at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, MD retiring in 1994.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann Daly Stevick, four children, Tamara Ann Freeman of Annandale, VA, Todd Alan Stevick of Ridge, MD, Cathleen Ann Tobin of Hanahan, SC, Michael R. Ameye of Woodstock, GA, nine grandchildren, a sister, Loretta Quigley of East Falmouth, MA and a brother, Leroy Lawrence of Owensboro, KY and half-brother, Raymond Sadler of Richland, WA.
The family will receive friends on Monday, May 2, 2005 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Brinsfield Funeral Home, P.A. in Leonardtown, MD. A Prayer Service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be conducted on Tuesday, May 3, 2005 in Trinity Lutheran Church, Lexington Park, MD at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Stephen Updegrave will conduct the service. Interment will follow in the Trinity Episcopal Church Cemetery in St. Mary?s City, MD.
