Born on December 27, 1924 in Harrisonburg, VA, she was the daughter of the late Ashbey Lee Malone and Mary Ellen Weaver Wilburn. She was a Statistical Clerk for the U.S. Government. She has resided in this area for approximately 25 years, coming from the Washington suburbs.
Survived by daughters, Carole Bright of Charlotte Hall, MD and Janice Broxton of Niceville, FL, sisters, Gladys Lehman of Pembroke Pines, FL, and Helen Tomlinson of Waldorf, MD, 5 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends on Monday, July 10, 2006 from 6-8 p.m. in the Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Rd., Charlotte Hall, MD where a Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m. Interment will be private.
