Pamela (Pam) May Warren, 75, of Bryantown, MD passed away on April 14, 2021 at the University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center in La Plata, MD surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 17, 1945, in Illinois. She was the daughter of the late Jack and Alice McClain (McGire). She was the youngest of three (3) children.
After graduating high school, she met the love of her life, Robert Franklin Warren, Jr. They married on November 21, 1964 and welcomed two beautiful daughters: Robin and Renee. They both proudly worked for NASA during their marriage. He worked as a Director of Administrative Operations and Pam was a Secretary, until their retirement. They spent 51 joyful years together before his passing on January 19, 2017.
Pam had a contiguous smile and a heart of gold; she would do anything to help anyone that needed it. It was this giving and kind nature that led her to be so close with so many people over the years, especially with her family. She adored her five (5) grandchildren and would spoil them every chance she got. She enjoyed taking them to the beach to collect sea shells and feel the warm sand under her feet. When she wasnโt at the beach, she could often be found nurturing her garden that she and Bob were very proud of.
Pam is survived by her daughters, Robin Warren (Wayne) of La Plata, MD, Renee Stewart (Robert) of Brandywine, MD; her sister Sue Marx of Wetumpka, AL and five (5) grandchildren: Jessica (Chris), Ashley (Brent), RJ (Dana), Samantha, Crystal (Sean); and seven (7) great grandchildren: Colton, Rowan, Fletcher, McKayla, Samantha, Peyton, and Bentley. She is preceded in death by both of her parents Jack and Alice McClain, husband, Robert Franklin Warren and sister, Pat Simmons.
The family will receive friends for Pamโs Life Celebration on Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Grace Chapel Ministries, 39245 Chaptico Road, Helen, MD 20635.
