Born on April 23, 1923 in Abingdon, MD, he was the son of the late Harry and Hannah Doyle Moulsdale.
Mr. Moulsdale moved to St. Mary?s County in 1998, coming from Aberdeen, MD. He was employed at the Aberdeen Proving Ground and the Edgewood Arsenal, retiring as Fire Chief. He later owned and operated the Safety First Company in Aberdeen, MD. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Joann Culotta Moulsdale whom he married on May 10, 1991 in Elkton, MD, two daughters, Carole Moulsdale of Baltimore, MD and Joan Moulsdale of College Park, MD, three grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive.
Services for Mr. Moulsdale will be private.
