Born June 10, 1919 in Breckenridge, Minnesota to the late Clara Braun Miksche and Anthony Miksche. Mr. Miksche attended St. John?s University in Collegeville, Minnesota and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. He served in the U. S. Army in World War II and was Honorably Discharged in 1946 at the rank of Sergeant. He also received the American Theater Service Medal and the Asiatic-Pacific Theater Service Medal. He was a member of the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign War and Ducks Unlimited. Mr. Miksche was a great hunter, fisherman and lover of outdoor sports. He was of the Catholic faith.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Miksche was preceded in death by his sisters Gertrude Anderson and Catherine Fisher; brother Anthony.
He is survived by his brothers Richard and Jerome Miksche; numerous nieces and nephews.
A private inurnment to take place at Arlington National Cemetery.
