Born December 28, 1946 in Oil City, PA, she was the daughter of the late Ivan Victor Botts and Mary Catherine Botts. She was preceded in death by her brother Frederick Ivan Botts. She is survived by her husband Willis C. Proper; son Willis C. Proper Jr. and his wife Susan S.; daughters Kathyrn C. Proper and her husband Mark D. Linville, Malinda C. Gloriod and her husband Donnie C.; brothers Robert Botts and Gary Botts; sisters Carol Birchard and Janice Rogers; grandchildren Jennifer, Kalynn, Brenton, Amalia, Alex, Bryce and Will.
Family will receive friends on Friday, November 11, 2005 from 2-4 and 6-8PM at the Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A. 30195 Three Notch Rd. Charlotte Hall, MD. Funeral Services 11AM Saturday, November 12, 2005 at Grace Baptist Church 7345 Indian Head Highway Bryans Road, MD 20616 with the Reverend Kevin Holder officiating. Interment private.
