On Nov. 7, at 1:15 a.m., Ernest Charles Mincey, 31 of Hollywood, was arrested by TFC R. Rezza on an outstanding Circuit Court True Bill Indictment which was issued on Oct. 26, 2007.
Mincey was extradited from Alabama. The original charge was being involved in a personal injury accident while driving under the influence.
Mincey was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.
