On July 1, 2015, Deputy Lawrence responded to a residence on Brown Road in Leonardtown, for a reported theft.
The investigation revealed suspect Corey Robert Woodburn, age 20, of Callaway, made numerous ATM transactions using the victim’s debit card without the victim’s knowledge or permission.
The total amount of money stolen from the victim’s bank account was over $11,700.00.
Woodburn was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with Theft $10,000 to $100,00 and Theft – Scheme $10,000 to $100.00.
