St. Mary’s County, MD – The Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack will be conducting a sobriety checkpoint tonight, June 17, 2016 in St. Mary’s County.  This event will focus on both drug and/or alcohol impaired drivers in the hope of reducing the impact of impaired drivers and impaired related crashes.  Drivers are reminded there are many alternatives to driving buzzed or under the influence. Call a friend, relative, or a cab. Please, don’t drink and drive.
