More cowbell!! Out of Order proved to be a crowd-pleaser at Chesapeake Beach.

Chesapeake Beach, MD – Southern Maryland music fans had a beautiful Sunday to enjoy live music. The region’s premiere outdoor venue for music, food and drink—Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa—had just the band booked for making the day one to savor. The band Out of Order performed everything from the Allman Brothers’ “Rambling Man” to Bruno Mars’ Uptown Funk,” with some Beatles, Doobie Brothers and Wild Cherry in between.

According the Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa entertainment director Murphy Smilardo, the dockside band shell has been drawing great crowds on Thursday nights with a lineup of tribute artists. Thursday, Aug. 9 You’ve Got a Friend—A Tribute to James Taylor and Carole King will take the stage and recreate the music of the legendary singers/songwriters who came to prominence during the early 1970s. The show starts at 7:30 p.m.

On Sunday, Aug. 12 Tony Scott and Mad Planet will make their first-ever appearance at Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa. The show starts at 4 p.m.
