LEONARDTOWN, Md. – On December 29, 2018, Dep. T. Snyder responded to the 48000 block of Sea Side View Lane in Ridge, for the reported escape. Investigation determined Donte James Jeter-Prince, age 20 of Ridge, cut off his GPS ankle monitor, and fled the residence. Jeter-Prince was located a short time later in the area and charged with Escape 2nd Degree. CASE# 70835-18
