LEONARDTOWN, Md. – The two pictured individuals are wanted for questioning regarding a fraud which occurred on April 25, 2017.
The victim was approached by two individuals claiming to be from Africa and only in the United States to collect a civil settlement worth millions of dollars. During the course of the conversation, both suspects attempted to defraud the victim through deception stating they needed money to process the settlement, and after which the victim would receive a sum of money for their help.
