Drug Arrest- On June 17, 2020, Dep. Haas conducted a vehicle stop in the 28100 block of Pt. Lookout Road in Leonardtown, and identified the operator to be C Aloysius Bowman, age 57 of Lexington Park. Probable cause search of the vehicle yielded a container with a rock like substance (suspected cocaine) and a suspected CDS smoking device. Located on Bowman’s person was a bottle containing suspected phencyclidine (PCP). Bowman was charged with two counts of CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana. CASE# 37870-20

Peace Order Violation/Resisting Arrest- On July 2, 2020, Dep. Luffey responded to the 21200 block of Lexwood Court for the reported peace order violation. Investigation determined Latonya Renee Johnson, age 43 of Lexington Park, yelled at the victim in violation of current court order which prohibits Johnson from contacting the victim by any means. Johnson refused to exit her residence during the investigation and deputies had to force open the door to the residence to place Johnson into custody. Johnson was charged with Peace Order: Failure to Comply and Resisting Arrest. CASE# 40959-20

Drug/Firearm Arrest– On July 3, 2020, Dep. Graves observed a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot of a closed business in the 21800 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park. Dep. Graves made contact with passenger Ryan Michael Page, age 35 of no fixed address. Dep. Graves observed CDS paraphernalia inside the vehicle and conducted a vehicle search. Located in the vehicle were several suspected CDS smoking devices containing suspected cocaine residue, several hypodermic needles with suspected heroin residue, a plastic baggie containing suspected cocaine, and a loaded handgun. A check of Page revealed he is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition as a result of a previous conviction. Page was arrested and charged with Firearm-Possession with Felony Conviction, Loaded Handgun in Vehicle, Handgun in Vehicle, Regulated Firearm-Illegal Possession, Illegal Possession of Ammunition, three counts of CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession-Paraphernalia. Burglary- On July 3, 2020, Dep.  Bowling responded to the 26500 block of Three Notch Road in Mechanicsville, for the reported burglary. Investigation determined Tristyn Blu Orona, age 23 of Cobb Island, forced entry into the victim’s residence by kicking the door open, damaging the door frame. Assault- On July 3, 2020, DFC. D. Smith responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Donte James Jeter-Prince, age 21 of Callaway, assaulted the victim by placing the victim in a choke hold and pulling the victim to the ground. Assault- On July 4, 2020, Dep. Henry responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Mayra Alejandra Satterthwaite, age 44 of Piney Point, assaulted the victim by striking the victim in the arm while the victim was seated at a table in the dayroom. Assault/Disorderly Conduct- On July 5, 2020, Dep. Wynnyk responded to the 42300 block of Calvert Circle in Mechanicsville, for the reported disturbance. During the investigation, Floyd William Downs, age 24 of Mechanicsville, began yelling and cursing at deputies on scene, waking nearby neighbors. Deputies advised Downs to cease his behavior, however he continued his behavior. Downs was placed under arrest and the victim advised deputies Downs had pushed the victim in the chest and into a wall during an argument. Downs was charged with Assault 2nd Degree, Disorderly Conduct, and Disobey Lawful Order. CASE# 41561-20

Assault/Violate Protective Order- On July 5, 2020, Dep. Rycyzyn responded to the 46800 block of Rogers Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Joseph Anthony Arivella, age 69 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by pushing the victim causing the victim to fall and injure the victim’s wrist. Arivella was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. Later, on July 5, 2020, Cpl. Worrey responded to the 46800 block of Rogers Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined Joseph Anthony Arivella, age 69 of Lexington Park, violated a valid court order by harassing and threatening the victim, as well as being in the common area of the victim’s residence. Assault- On July 6, 2020, Dep. Bowling responded to the 27300 block of Cat Creek Road in Mechanicsville, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Sherry Lynn McManus, age 47 of Mechanicsville, assaulted the victim by striking the victim in the head with a hair straightener and punching the victim in the face several times. Visible injury was observed to the victim and McManus was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 41908-20

Theft- On July 7, 2020, Dep. Palmer responded to the 22140 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for the reported theft. Investigation determined Jamale Lynell Otts, age 39 of Capitol Heights, entered the store, and purchased an alcoholic beverage. As Otts was leaving he removed two additional bottles not purchased and left the store. Investigation determined Otts had previously stolen items from the store on several occasions. Otts was arrested and charged with Theft and Theft Scheme. CASE# 42002-20
