Charlotte Hall, MD – State investigators reported a 2008 Chevrolet Impala, which was reportedly stolen from a location in Charles County was deliberately set on fire in St. Maryโ€™s County. According to the Maryland State Fire Marshalโ€™s Office, the vehicle was found in a wooded area behind Three Notch Road in Charlotte Hall Saturday morning, Aug. 19 at approximately 10:40 a.m. No injuries were reported.

โ€œThe vehicle was destroyed and the fire had self-extinguished before the vehicle was found,โ€ a deputy fire marshalโ€™s report stated. The estimated loss is $5,000. The vehicle was owned by Franklin and Nichola Rollins, investigators stated.
