Indian Head, MD – On November 8 at 1:30 p.m., Pfc. A. Fenlon initiated a traffic stop after observing a vehicle run a red light at the intersection of Blair Road at Strauss Avenue in Indian Head. During the stop, Pfc. Fenlon smelled the strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. A large amount of marijuana, multiple cell phones and cash was recovered in the car.
Delonte Albert Robinson, 25 of Washington, D.C., was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and possession with intent to distribute.
