UPPER MARLBORO, Md. – At approximately 9:20 a.m., a bus crash near James Madison Middle School in Clinton injured one bus driver and over a dozen student passengers, Friday, Dec. 7, officials say.
According to Mark Brady of the Prince George’s Fire Department, a bus carrying 32 students was involved in a crash with a second bus on Woodward Road and Victoria Drive. Brady says students were walked into James Madison Middle School following the crash where an EMS unit evaluated them for injuries.
After evaluation, one bus driver and 19 of 32 student passengers were transported to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
