On August 14, 2010 at 3:32 a.m., Trooper Bender stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at Cox Road in Huntingtown.
Ruben Trevizo, 19 of Clinton, was arrested and charged with DUI. A search revealed he was also in possession of marijuana.
Trevizo was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
