Lexington Park Md. – Oct. 17, At 3:58pm A motor vehicle collision was reported on Great Mills Road in the area of S. Shangri-La Drive. First Responders arrived on the scene to investigate a two vehicle collision involving a white Grand AM and a Bay District Volunteer Fire Department fire truck. One patient was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
A witness at the scene told TheBayNet.com that the white Grand AM failed to yield to the oncoming fire truck that had its emergency lights and sirens activated.
