BCI Narcotics Detectives, assisted by the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services Team, executed a search and seizure warrant in the Charlotte Hall area. The search warrant was as a result of a two month long investigation in which the residence was identified as a location for the sale of crack cocaine.
Approximately $500.00 worth of cocaine, numerous items of paraphernalia, more than $4,800.00 in cash and a 1995 Ford van were seized.
Several persons were inside the residence and found to be in possession of either cocaine, paraphernalia or both and charged accordingly, they included: David Jerome Woodland, age 38, of Mechanicsville; Manuel John Wilson, age 50, of Mechanicsville; Angelo Pickeral, age 45, of Charlotte Hall; Richard Isaac White, age 34, of Bryan’s Road; Vickey Dorthen Edlen, age 39, of Charlotte Hall; James Edward Scriber, age 48, of Charlotte Hall; and Angelo Cordidelia Pickeral, age 45, of Charlotte Hall.
Additional charges are pending a Grand Jury and State’s Attorney review.
