The St. Mary’s County Bureau of Criminal Investigations is seeking the public’s assistance in locating registered sex offender Robert Samuel Barnes, African/American Male, age 54, Ht.- 6’0”, Wt. – 180lbs, black hair, brown eyes. Barnes is wanted in connection with a residential burglary and second degree assault which occurred on September 1, 2011.
Barnes is known to frequent the areas of St. George’s Island, Piney Point and Lexington Park.
