A verbal altercation escalated to a physical altercation

Lexington Park, MD— 11-9-2015 – Assault – Deputy J. Krum responded to the 20000 block of Primrose Court in Lexington Park, for the report of a domestic dispute in progress.

The victim alleged a verbal altercation escalated to a physical altercation when the suspect, Shalondae N. Cade, age 29, of Lexington Park, threatened the victim with a large knife.

Cade was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.

She was charged with 1st Degree and 2nd Degree Assault and Malicious Destruction of Property under $1000.
