Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Michael J. Martirano, announces the administrative appointment made by the Board of Education at its meeting of August 27, 2014.
The Board appointed Ms. Sarah Carstens as School Psychologist in the Department of Student Services. Ms. Carstens was previously serving as the Data Analyst for Title I schools in Newport News Public Schools in Virginia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and a Master’s degree from Towson University. Ms. Carstens completed her School Psychologist internship with Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland.
This appointment will be effective immediately.
