ARNOLD, Md. — A 20-year-old Laurel man was arrested Wednesday morning on multiple peeping and surveillance-related charges stemming from an incident at Anne Arundel Community College.

Tsague Georges Albert Tadonki Jr., of Laurel, was taken into custody Feb. 18, 2026 at an apartment complex on Laurel Fort Meade Road by Warrant Team 1 officers. Police reported he was apprehended without incident while serving an active arrest warrant.

The charges stem from incidents that allegedly occurred between Feb. 11 and Feb. 12 at Anne Arundel Community College.

According to court records, Tadonki faces eight counts of peeping tom, eight counts of visual surveillance of a private area, and eight counts of private place with prurient intent. All charges are misdemeanors, and probable cause was found in each count.

Court records indicate Tadonki is being held without bond following a bail determination on Feb. 18.

A bail review hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 19 before Judge Kemp Hammond in Anne Arundel County District Court in Annapolis.
