On April 18 at 4:07 a.m., Calvert County Dep. Roscoe Kreps conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in Lusby on northbound Md. Route 4 at H.G. Trueman Road.
He found the driver to be in possession of suspected marijuana. Dep. Kreps arrested Aaron Kyle Willcock, 23 of Prince Frederick, and charged him with possession of marijuana and possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia, Zig-Zag rolling papers, used to inhale marijuana.
