On May 29, around 10:30 p.m., Deputy Thompson was patrolling Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, when he observed Natasha Jerrie Dolphin, 23 of Highspire, Pa. and Dale M. Dickens, Jr. 24 of Steelton, Pa., along the roadway engaged in a verbal dispute. Deputy Thompson contacted both subjects and instructed them to stop yelling and causing a disturbance.
Dolphin and Dickens stopped their disorderly behavior and were sent on their way. On May 29, at approximately 11 p.m. Deputy Thompson observed Dolphin and Dickens again arguing as they stood in the parking lot of Raley’s Furniture in Lexington Park. As Deputy Thompson exited his patrol vehicle to investigate, he heard both subjects yelling. Their yelling caused the tenants who lived in the apartments above Raley’s to look out the window to see what was causing the disturbance.
Dolphin and Dickens refused to stop yelling and acting disorderly. Deputy Thompson arrested both and charged each with disorderly conduct.
