On Nov. 7, deputies responded to the Radio Shack on Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, for a report of a domestic assault.
Investigation revealed Anthony Demetrious Lee, 29 of Lexington Park, was engaged in a verbal dispute, which escalated into a physical assault when Lee grabbed the victim by the collar scratching her neck.
Lee was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
