On November 27, 2010 deputies responded to the Harry Lundeberg School of Seamanship in Piney Point, for a report of a disorderly subject.
Investigation revealed Joseph Floyd Brewer, 36 of Houston, Texas was intoxicated and causing a disturbance in the hotel lobby by banging on the lobby desk with a chain belt and yelling profanity. Brewer was still in the lobby when deputies arrived.
He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct
