At 9:20 p.m. April 20, Trooper Ewig of the Prince Frederick barrack responded to the Prince Frederick KFC for a disorderly complaint.
Investigation led to the arrest of Shannon Marie Scannell, 30, of Huntingtown.
Once placed inside TPR Ewig’s vehicle, Scannell proceeded to kick the dashboard/air bag area and window, causing $2,000 in damage, police say.
After being charged with destruction of property (+$500) and disorderly conduct, she was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
