Brenda L. Pagliocchini

Huntingtown, MD— On March 10, Calvert County Sheriff’s Office Dfc. Livingstonย conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle seen at the Gas Stop, in Huntingtown for a possibly intoxicated driver attempting to pump gas.ย 

Livingston arrived on the scene and made contact with the passenger and immediatelyย observed him being under the influence of something. I (Livngston) observed the passenger sway back and forth and observed, “his eyes roll in the back of his head numerous times,” according to charging documents.ย 

Livingston then made contact with the driver who was identified asย Brenda L. Pagliocchini, 30, of Prince Frederick. ย 

“I (Livingston) walked over to the driver’s side door and observed Pagliocchini put something inside her purse. I (Livingston) hadย Pagliocchini exited the vehicle and I observedย Pagliocchini sway back and forth numerous times and observed her speech to be slurred when speaking,” according to charging documents.ย 

Livingston askedย Pagliocchini what was in the vehicle and why she and the passenger were stumblingย around and couldn’t pump their gas. “Pagliocchini stated she didn’t have anything in her vehicleย beside her medication,” according to charging documents.ย 

A search of the vehicle was performed, and Livingston was able to locate three prescription bottles and a small green pill grinder with suspected CDS inside, along with a small straw. According to charging documents, “Livingston located a prescription bottle of Oxycodone insideย Pagliocchini’s purse with for Oxycodone pill’s inside.”ย 

She was charged with two counts of CDS possession with intent to distribute a narcotic (Alprazolam and Oxycontin).

Pagliocchini has a tentatively scheduled preliminary hearing set for April 8 in District Court.ย
