On April 7, at 4:20 p.m., Steven Wesley Gingery Jr., 24 of Mechanicsville, was arrested by TFC M. Moore on an outstanding bench warrant for failing to appear in District Court in Leonardtown on April 2.
The original charges were Possession of CDS – Not Marijuana, DWI/DUI and Driving on a Revoked License.
Gingery turned himself in at the Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
