Deputies were called to the scene of a fight involving a group of people in the alley at the rear of a home on Bayside Road in North Beach.
Upon arrival, Sgt. Ronald Naughton observed a suspect, later identified as Bartley K. Lilly, Jr., 18, of North Beach, assault a 17-year-old male.
Lilly was arrested and taken into custody by DFC Shawn Morder and charged with second degree assault.
The victim suffered minor abrasions to his face. No other arrests were made.
