The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has issued a

St. Marys County in southern Maryland…
* Until 700 PM EDT
* At 206 PM EDT, numerous reports of flooded roads and streams have
been reported in St. Marys County, especially near Morganza,
Leonardtown, and Hollywood. This flooding is still ongoing. More
rain is moving into the area, which could prolong the ongoing
flooding.
If heavy rain returns, flash flood warnings could be
required again later. Remain alerted and do not drive through any
area where water covers the roadway.

Lexington Park, Leonardtown, Cuckold Creek, Saint Marys City,
Greenwell State Park, Saint Clements Bay, Town Creek, Hallowing
Point, White Point Beach, Wicomico River, California, Golden Beach,
Patuxent River Naval Air Station, Hollywood, Mechanicsville,
Charlotte Hall, Cobb Island, Benedict, Bushwood, and Clements.
Instructions: Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
