At 11:58 p.m. on October 17, on Rt. 4, in Dunkirk TPR Roy responded to a two car motor vehicle accident.
A routine computer check revealed that one of the operators, Antoine Greggory Offutt, 24, of Oxon Hill, was wanted in Virginia for grand larceny of a handgun. He was placed under arrest on a fugitive warrant and transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
