On Aug. 12 at 1:50 a.m., Charles County Sheriffโ€™s officers responded to a large fight in the 3700 block of Livingston Road in Indian Head. Investigation revealed the suspects returned to the party after an earlier altercation and a fight broke out in which multiple victims were assaulted and vehicles were damaged. Upon the officersโ€™ arrival, several suspects fled into the woods and others were apprehended.

Three of the victims were treated on the scene by Emergency Medical Services personnel and two were treated at Prince Georgeโ€™s Hospital Center and released.

Jason Darren Hagens, 22, was charged with first- and second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and failure to obey a police officer. Levy Campos, 19, was charged with second-degree assault and obstructing and hindering. Anthony Albert Hutchins, 18 and Franklin Cirero Bryant, III, 19, were charged with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and obstructing and hindering.

They were being held at the Charles County Detention Center pending an appearance before a district court commissioner. Two Indian Head boys, ages 14 and 15, and a 17-year-old Clinton boy were also charged in connection with the fight, and were released to their parents. Officer M. Tyner investigated.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On Aug. 13 at 1:51 a.m., Charles County Sheriffโ€™s officers were patrolling the parking lot of Thai Seafood located at 2732 Crain Highway in Waldorf when they discovered marijuana on the ground next to a parked silver Honda Accord and in plain view inside the vehicle. When four individuals returned to the vehicle, officers detained them. Investigation revealed the marijuana belonged to the driver and owner of the vehicle, James Ellwood Gilbert, III, 18, of Laurel. Officers arrested Gilbert and released the others. Gilbert was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and was being held at the Charles County Detention Center pending an appearance before a district court commissioner. Cpl. D. POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On Aug.12 at 1:32 a.m., Charles County Sheriffโ€™s officers were patrolling the parking lot of Thai Seafood located at 2732 Crain Highway in Waldorf when they discovered a bag of marijuana in plain view inside a parked Dodge Caliber. Officers approached four individuals who later returned to the vehicle. When one of the individuals opened the driverโ€™s side door, officers observed another bag of marijuana near the driverโ€™s seat and loose tobacco on the lap of a passenger. All four occupants of the vehicle were subsequently arrested. Samual Joshua Page, 18, of District Heights, Eric Jerome Murray, 20, of Forestville, Marcus Lasalle Walls, 20, of Camp Springs and Ishmael Serry Sesay, 18 of Bowie were charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. They were being held at the Charles County Detention Center pending an appearance before a district court commissioner.
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  After officers left the scene, Officers R. Kimble and P. Sady observed two females fighting in an adjacent parking lot. The officers attempted to separate them when a third female interfered. When Officer R. Garrett attempted to intervene, the third female resisted, struck Officer Garrett and was subsequently arrested. After the first two females were arrested, a fourth female attempted to take one of their cell phones. She did not comply with officerโ€™s orders to stop and was arrested. She resisted arrest and kicked one of the officers. Two Charles County girls, ages 14 and 17, and two 15-year-old Prince Georgeโ€™s County girls were charged with disorderly conduct, hindering, resisting arrest and
