Have you ever found a message in a bottle? Well now is your chance. Starting this week, during Savor St. Mary’s week, several gift certificates have been placed in bottles and thrown out to sea. Who knows where they will wash ashore?
Throughout the Savor St. Mary’s county-wide promotion, follow St. George Island Inn & Suites Facebook page and become a fan. Then keep track of the clues left there about where to locate a hidden message in a bottle.
Lucky locators may find redeemable certificates that may consist of free entrees, dinner for two, family brunch, party packs, hotel accommodations ranging from a one night stay to complete weekend Island packages!
The strategically hidden bottles are decorated Island style, each containing gift certificates for the above possible prizes. The bottles are hidden one at a time. Then clues are posted about where to find them. So far, the clues have been pretty easy, but as the prizes get bigger, the bottles will be harder to find.

In the last few weeks, St. George Island Inn and Suites’ Facebook fans have gone from 181 to over 330, with hopes of surpassing 500 by the end of the month. Take a look, follow the clues and maybe win an all expense paid, elegant weekend getaway package for your troubles.
