Vice/Narcotics detectives from St. Mary’s County identified Brian Christopher Hancock, 39, of Leonardtown as a distributor of heroin. After undercover purchases were made, he was indicted and arrested.
Bobbie Jo Tippett , 19, of Great Mills was charged with “Altering and Obtaining Oxycodone by Fraud”. She is awaiting a “Preliminary Inquiry Date” in the District Court.
Darien Marcel Bush, 26, Leonardtown was indicted and subsequently arrested after Vice/Narcotics detectives made undercover purchases of cocaine from him. He was originally held without bond.
Jeana Elise Ferdig, 25, of Great Mills was indicted after a package was mailed to her residence. Suspect Ferdig traveled to the State of California and shipped “Oxycodone” back to her St. Mary’s County residence hidden in a box of candy and children’s items. She was charged with several violations to include “Unlawful Possession of Oxycodone” and “Possession with the Intent to Distribute Oxycodone”.
Leia Andrea Burno, 25 of Brandywine was indicted for “Conspiracy to Distribute Cocaine” and “Possession with the Intent to Distribute Cocaine”.
Judy Nickole Jones, 28 of Lexington Park was observed making a drug transaction with another subject. She was stopped and detained which led to the recovery of “Oxycodone” pills. Additional charges are pending.
Eric Javon Thomas, 32 of Lexington Park was arrested for “Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute”.
